We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Sales Support expert to join our team in our Marleston Office, Adelaide. As the first point of contact for the business, you will be passionate about providing exceptional Customer Service whether it be by phone, email or in person. This role will also work closely with our sales team to ensure the success of our company.
About the Role:We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated team player to join our close-knit team on a 6-month contract with the prospect of a permanent role, who will be responsible for the following tasks:
- General reception including first point of call for customers and phone enquiries
- Phone, email, and website order processing
- Quote generation and management
- Order follow up through shipment tracking, checking stock availability and supplier contact
- Database maintenance through Microsoft Dynamics and Ostendo
- Administrative and coordination support as required
- Assist staff with day-to-day duties as required including dispatch and accounts receivable
This role is initially for 6 months with potential to move to a permanent role with more opportunities long term!

About You:- You have proven Customer Service experience
- You have fast and accurate data entry skills
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbal.
- You have good organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
- You are a natural team player with a desire to provide exceptional Customer Service.
- You have proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Dynamics or similar.
