Our Client is looking for dedicated and charismatic sales and customer service representatives to join their teams, located in Melbourne!

Position: Customer Screening Officer (Sales focused!)

Duration: Permanent Part-Time
Salary: $25.68 per hour plus superannuation
Locations: Melbourne - Airport West, Brandon Park, Chirnside Park, Keilor, Mill Park & Southland
Overview
Our Client is one of Australia's leading retail hearing health providers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to change lives by supporting customers and their families living with a hearing loss.
As a Customer Screening Officer, you will have the opportunity to work at multiple sites and will be responsible for driving lead generation from greeting customers and inviting them to have a free hearing check in store.
Key Objectives

• Must be willing to greet line customers by approaching them in order to invite them into the store with view to obtaining a sale – this forms a large part of this role
• Drive lead generation daily by talking to potential customers
• Work with the store team to achieve targets
• Support the Customer Engagement Manager and Clinician (Audiologist) by scheduling and following up appointments for potential customers
• Complete daily operational processes and develop store strategies to increase customer leads, expand store traffic and optimise profitability

Essential Criteria

• An outgoing and motivated personality where you are comfortable engaging face-to-face with potential customers on a daily basis
• Previous retail experience meeting and exceeding business targets and KPI’s
• Strong listening & communication skills and problem-solving ability
• A mature approach to both work and customer interaction
• Able to physically stand for long periods of time
• Reliable with good work ethics
• Availability to work retail hours on a rotating roster including Thursday evenings and weekends as per site opening hours
• Willing to travel to multiple stores in the surrounding areas (if required)
• Basic computer literacy
• Demonstrated resilience in a high-volume retail environment
