Due to ongoing business growth we now have an opening for a clever, lateral thinker to join our Customer Service team at our Moorebank facility.
Core responsibilities include:
- Working hours 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Respond to customer phone and email enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with our operations and logistics teams to help ensure the best customer outcomes
- Assist customers with booking, tracking and pricing requests
- Ensuring that consignments and projects are invoiced accurately
- Validating business partners invoices to ensure that they are in line with expectations and ensuring these costs are correctly passed onto customers
- Developing and nurturing customer relationships
The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:
- Self-starter with good problem solving and business skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent phone manner and relationship building skills
- Experience with Transport or Logistics would be a bonus, but is not essential
