Due to ongoing business growth we now have an opening for a clever, lateral thinker to join our Customer Service team at our Moorebank facility.

Core responsibilities include:

• Working hours 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Respond to customer phone and email enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with our operations and logistics teams to help ensure the best customer outcomes
• Assist customers with booking, tracking and pricing requests
• Ensuring that consignments and projects are invoiced accurately
• Validating business partners invoices to ensure that they are in line with expectations and ensuring these costs are correctly passed onto customers
• Developing and nurturing customer relationships

The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:

• Self-starter with good problem solving and business skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent phone manner and relationship building skills
• Experience with Transport or Logistics would be a bonus, but is not essential
