The role
As our Customer Service Superstar, you will act as a first point of contact with the opportunity to create and transform our customer’s experience.
In detail you will:
- Manage incoming calls, chats and Customer Service enquiries
- Provide technical support to our end users
- Learn new troubleshooting and product information on the job
- Schedule Technicians for onsite technical resolution
- Initiate warranty orders through our system
- Ensure all WHS and industry standards are met and followed
