We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Admin Officer to join our team based in our Crestmead office. This role is supporting the Metcash Food network, which means you’ll be making a big difference for independent grocery stores and their local communities.

- Previous administrative experience and data entry in a warehouse or transport admin role ideal but not essential.
- Computer literacy (good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications)
- High attention to detail and fast, accurate data entry skills
- Exceptional communications skills and a focus on Customer Service
- Excellent time managements & organisation skills
