We are seeking a reliable, motivated, Customer Service wiz to assist us with Sales Administration, respond to customer enquiries (via email and phone) and complete a range of admin and online sales-related tasks.
This role will suit someone who is a born problem solver and who will learn how to use different software and apps, be detail-oriented and can work autonomously and also as part of a team. If you have leadership potential, there is definitely an opportunity for you to be a team leader.
We are looking for someone who is tech savvy, and has experience using apps and software such as Microsoft Office, Teams, and Canva etc. Knowledge in Peach Software is an advantage but not essential.
The ability to provide exceptional Customer Service and go above and beyond for our customers, is highly required. Our customers are rural based and are involved in the agricultural and building industries.
