ROLE REQUIREMENTS :
- Excellent computer skills and data entry,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Social media knowledge and skills,
- Experience using accounting software (XERO),
- Excellent organisational and time management skills,
- Caring, empathic, and understanding nature,
- Positive and energetic team member,
- A strong sense of professionalism, maintaining confidentiality and integrity,
- Independent and preference for working from home,
- NDIS Worker Screen Check,
- Based in Brisbane.
PREFERRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:
- Understanding of the NDIS and government funding schemes,
- Passion for the Disability and Community sector.
KEY DUTIES:
- Complete business, administration and basic accounting activities,
- Filing and organisation,
- Provide high quality customer service to participants,
- Answer phone calls and online enquiries,
- Support the team morale,
- Other duties as directed from time to time within your skills range and capacity.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Demonstrated ability to complete tasks in an organised and timely manner,
- Administration experience, including organisation, record keeping, and data entry,
- Accounts management experience (invoicing, billing, claiming, etc.),
- Experience with human resources, including recruitment, onboarding and relevant document management.
