Customer Service & Administration Officer

Provide high level Customer service and administrative support.Actively engage with the community via phone and in office, also during workshops and events.Preferred previous admin/CSO experience and be able to hit the ground running.Assist management with implementation of Community Education.Attend meetings, promotions and presentations.Assist with dat-today administrative activitiesRegistering and recording of incoming and outgoing correspondence.Assist in development of templates.Maintain and update websiteCarry out other adhoc duties as requested.
