Lee's Environmental is a 40+ year established Department of Environment and Science (DES) Licensed Waste Management & Environmental Services company whose focus is providing the highest level of customer Service with timely, friendly and professional service-delivery in our industry.

We are seeking a long-term employee who will be part of our team bringing ever-increasing levels of satisfaction and success to the customer, the company, and all employees by utilising their skills in Customer Service and office administration. 

Primary Duties:

Making outbound calls, emails and SMSs to customers to confirm "confirmation required" bookings.

Receiving inbound calls from customers and booking jobs into job booking software.

Creating invoices.

Receiving payments.

Computer Data entry in various forms.

Assisting with any requested office-related tasks.

Prerequisite requirements:

1. Consistently polite & friendly disposition.

2. Above 40 words per minute typing speed with a high level of accuracy.

3. Be committed to serving & putting the customer first.

4. Be committed to striving to be a person of excellence.

5. Be diligent & conscientious.

6. Be quick with using a computer and mouse/keyboard.

7. Very good attention to detail.

8. Punctual.

9. Enjoy and be familiar with using a computer & telephone all day, every day.

10. Experience in using Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word preferred but not essential

11. Enjoy working in a team in a busy, fast paced office environment.

12. Trustworthy.

Hours:

8am-4pm, Monday to Friday

Remuneration:

Full Time Clerks - Private Sector Award (MA000002) Award wage with opportunity for bonuses and/or higher than award rates if proven excellence - $24-$29 per hour.
