Part of the Group, Cospak Australia aims to provide organisations with a variety of total packaging solutions within the Australian, New Zealand and Asian markets.
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our Cospak team in Derwent Park.
To be successful in this role you will be passionate about Customer Service, energetic and a true all-round team player. You will have an ability to work collaboratively within a tight knit team, have a willingness to learn as well as the drive to exceed our customers needs.
You will:
- Have previous experience working in both phone and face-to-face Customer Service role
- Be highly motivated and have a willingness to learn
- Have excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
- Bring energy and a positive attitude
- Be competent in Microsoft Office
- SAP experience desirable but not essential
- Experience in the packaging industry highly regarded.
Responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer queries and data entry of orders
- Quoting and showroom sales
- Coordination of back orders, credits and goods return
- Working collaboratively with the State Sales Manager and Customer Service team to ensuring that all customer's needs are being met
- General administration duties as and when necessary
