We are looking for our next ‘Support Superhero’ to join our growing team on a full time basis.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role you will be providing valuable support to our existing and potential customers, via phone, email or other virtual tools.
Some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve fast satisfaction
- Provide accurate and complete product/service information to customers
- Compiling and responding to emails in a timely manner
- Work with the team collaboratively across the organisation
Assisting customers regarding
- Assign case numbers for customer complaints and communicate with Operations.
- Providing ETA’s were requested & escalate to operations accordingly
- Troubleshoot issues where possible using our FAQ’s.
- Quotes and pricing
- Direct Consumers to our preferred retail distributors
- Re directing the calls into relevant departments when required.
