About the role
Reporting to the management, you will:
Provide our customers with the best experience across the store
- Provide excellence in Customer Service at all times, including addressing queries, complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Implement effective selling techniques to maximize store sales
- Undertake general duties including cleaning, stocking and administrative tasks
- Follow all store operating procedures in a methodical and structured manner whilst providing excellent attention to detail
- Be proactive and show initiative, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner whilst providing excellent attention to detail
- Actively contribute to the success and growth of Hip Pocket Workwear & Safety Mildura.
- Be available to work flexible hours and location, including weekend work
Skills and experience
- Positive attitude, mature outlook and a strong work ethic.
- Great communication, time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Willingness to adopt a hands-on role regarding all aspects of retail operations.
- Previous retail experience is key
- Willingness to learn.
