About the Company

The Position
Currently an opportunity exists for a Customer Service / Presite Administrator to join the team in a fixed term 12 month contract. Responsibilities will include:
- Managing and nurturing a portfolio of clients through pre construction administration process
- Providing regular updates to clients
- Prepare contract documentation to sales consultants
- Liaise with financiers for finance approval
- Process building approvals and finalise jobs to hand over to construction
Skills and Experience
To be considered we are looking for someone with the following:
- 2 years experience in a similar role within the building industry
- Residential volume builder experience preferred
- High level of communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong ability to work with trades and supervisors
