Keune Australia is growing it's Customer Service team and is looking for a reliable and organised Customer Service Administrator to join the team and work from our Huntingwood office.
This role plays an important link between Keune and its clients when it comes to delivering exceptional Customer Service to both external and internal parties. You will be processing orders in a timely manner, promptly responding to customer general enquires, booking client training, supporting our Sales Reps with queries, as well as processing and keeping track of orders in SAP. This role will also provide general adhoc administrative support to the office.

What will your day look like at Keune?
- Assist customers with orders and general enquiries
- Support our Sales Reps on the road
- process and keep track of orders in SAP
- Accurately enter and keep track of data
- General administration and office duties
What will make us sit up and take notice?
- 3+ years proven experience in Customer Service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone manner
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good time management
- Self-motivation and initiative
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience in SAP is a benefit but not a requirement
