We are seeking a full time Customer Service Administrator to assist in running our Maintenance business in our newly renovated office in Roseville.
You will be looking after various requests for a portfolio of clients, managing and coordinating a team in the field. You will be trained on how to use our internal reporting systems. Working with Outlook, a solid understanding of Word & Excel.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for building client relationships
- Highly organised and able to manage time effectively, meeting deadlines for tasks
- Jobs scheduling for fieldworkers
-Ensure all staff are working live and filling out their jobs each day accurately
- Data entry
-Calendar management
-Management of client enquiries both via email and phone call in a timely manner
-Liaise with client base and ensure Customer Service remains a priority
- Purchasing and materials allocation
- Coordinating scheduled work as per quotes
- General administration duties & tasks
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Strong team player
- Highly motivated
- High attention to detail and high level or accuracy
- Willing to learn and be trained
Essential Criteria:
- Experience in the same or similar role
- Competent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
- Team player
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication
- Outstanding Customer Service and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment & work well under pressure
