We are seeking a team player with great attention to detail and self-motivation to provide day-to-day support within a fast-growing organisation providing technical services to a range of clients.
You will be providing support within the Service Delivery Team supporting client needs, ensuring accurate updates are provided to clients and internal stakeholders and ensuring the smooth runnings of the team operations.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Administration of service orders, accurate data entry and checking updates and progress
- Responding to incoming requests and handling client interactions in an efficient and professional manner. Follow through of customer requests and issues to resolution.
- Processing and producing invoices, quotes, and client updates.
- General administrative duties and record keeping
- Achievement of agreed outcomes to drive superior service delivery and ensure a successful relationship
- Contributing to the team’s continuous improvement initiative
- Friendly with a can-do attitude
- Great problem solving skills; able to use your initiative and critical thinking to find solutions for your team and clients alike
- Team Player - you will be working closely with your team and various internal stakeholders
- Experienced in MS Office and capable in picking up new systems, CRM's and databases.
- Experience in SIMPRO or similar will be beneficial
- Keen to learn and develop - driven to grow within your roles
