The company
Our client has a solid history within its field, they are now looking for a Customer Service Administrator extraordinaire to join their team.
The role
Your role will be busy and keep you on your toes. You will be looking after our valued customers.
Reporting to the Branch Manager your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phones
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to our customers
- Data entry and email follow up
- Following up on outstanding information
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Any additional administrative duties

To be successful in the role you will ideally be experienced in the following:

- Experience within an industrial Customer Service
- A high level of communication skills both written and verbal
- Confident phone manner
- Excellent data entry skills
- Own transport essential
