About the Role
We are excited to announce casual vacancies for our Dandenong, Casey & Kingston sites. As a member of our team, expect to answer a range of questions and queries over the phone or face to face at reception. You will be assisting patients, visitors and staff with wayfinding, completing data entry into our Patient Information System (iPM), all whilst delivering exceptional Customer Service.Availability is essential as our operational shifts are rostered between the hours of 6:30am - 8pm, Monday to Sunday, including public holidays. Staff are also required to work across a minimum of two sites.
About You
We welcome previous experience in a Healthcare setting with medical terminology an advantage. Above all we are looking for someone who can uphold Monash Health's ICARE values.You would have:
An excellent phone manner & outstanding communication skills
Are enthusiastic, compassionate & able to work collaboratively with stakeholders in a fast past environment
Demonstrate empathy and sensitivity towards visitors, patients and staff in a medical setting
Are a team player in a diverse and multicultural team
