Customer Service Advisors are responsible for taking inbound calls to provide support and empathise with customers to assist them with their enquiries. Full time 38 hours and Part Time 30 hours per week available. Hours are between Monday to Friday 7am to 8pm over 4 week Rotating Roster. Part Time flex, 27.5 hours per week over 5 days which a choice of 1 shift 7am to1pm, 9am to3pm, 1pm to 7pm.
Candidates will be required to participate in 4 to 6 weeks full time training for the roles. Responsibilities include actively listening to understand customer needs, Emotional maturity and resilience. Can hold a conversation and discuss sensitive topics. Is process driven and willingly to learn. Strong computer skills and multi tasking ability. High attention to detail. Role is in Brisbane CBD Location across from Central Station. $26.77 per hour Super Incentives up to $480 per month for achieving KPIs. Must be able to pass a police check, have good computer skills and be able to navigate a computer well, provide strong Customer Service, and have good problem solving skills.
