The role:
The Cruisemaster Towing Performance Centre (TPC) team are the experts in the complete towing experience. 4x4 fit outs, weight assessments, caravan servicing, repairs and retrofits and we need a new Service Advisor to join our dynamic and passionate team.
As a Service Advisor you will be an integral part of our committed team who strive for excellence and continuous improvement. Your job will be to advise customers on the available parts and service options when their vehicles need repairs. We’re counting on you to develop extensive product knowledge and to serve all our customers with a friendly smile and honest guidance. We offer in-house training and support as well as competitive compensation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily workflow of TPC.
- Manage customers before, during and after the interaction.
- Order and maintain parts requirements.
- Receive and dispatch vehicles.
- Provide technical advice for customers regarding servicing and modification of vehicles.
- Organise bookings with external providers where necessary.
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies.
About You:
- Experience within the trailer industry and an in-depth knowledge of trailer, caravan, and vehicle components
- Welding, fabrication, servicing, and auto electrical experience relevant to the trailer chassis and vehicle modification
- Forklift licence
- Valid driver’s licence
- Competent knowledge of all relevant standards and VSB’s (preferred)
