We are growing and looking for Customer Service Officers to join our Robina team and this is your chance to make a meaningful impact through amazing customer support this disaster season.

Key Role Details:
- $26.77 per hour + Super
- Incentive payments of up to $480 per month
- Permanent full time opportunities
- Casual and permanent part time roles available if you can attend FT training for 4 weeks
- Monday to Friday rotating roster of 7am - 8pm. No weekend work!
- Central Robina, right next door to Robina Town Centre

Role Duties:
You will support our valued customers with their account enquiries. You will be the first point of contact for inbound customer enquiries and will provide a refreshing and positive experience every time.
Who are you?
You want to help and believe quality Customer Service is paramount when dealing with customers. No call centre experience necessary but Customer Service skills are a must!
- Must be an Australian Citizen and at least 18 years of age
- Eager to work towards goals and targets
- Confident and capable in using computers and systems
- Passionate about Customer Service
- Keen to learn new skills and refine existing ones too
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
