Duties & Responsibilities:
- Customer Service – meeting customers needs from start to finish following the DMH Promise
- Work cohesively with the workshop to ensure successful quoting and completion of work orders
- Responsible for organising, ordering and tracking stock/parts orders
- Management of customer tyre and mechanical bookings
- General administrative tasks

- Excellent communication skills to successfully follow and deliver both verbal and written directions

- Computer literate
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience and understanding of automotive parts
- Customer service skills
- Tyre knowledge would be an advantage
- Experience in providing customer solutions
- Computer skills including email correspondence
