This includes meeting and greeting customers, boarding and disembarking flights, assisting our special needs customers, marshalling in aircraft, problem solving, caring for our unaccompanied minors and providing information for customers.We’re looking for proven, dedicated Customer Service professionals to be Customer Service Agents.You’ll have –Ability to work a 7 day rotational shift roster covering a range of hoursRecent face to face Customer Service experience within the hospitality, tourism or other customer focused industriesA passion for Customer Service with a proactive 'can do' attitudeA proven ability to manage and diffuse difficult situationsWell-developed problem solving skills and able to follow through to resolutionA strong communicator, and listenerAbility to work both in a team environment and independentlyAbility to adapt to an ever changing, fast paced operational environmentCompassion and empathy for special needs customersExceptional grooming and personal presentationAbility to successfully complete a Pre-Employment MedicalPlease note: It is essential for this role that you are in based in Cairns and have the ability to work a 7 day rotating roster.Why the Qantas Group?You’ll join a team where creativity and passion are encouraged.
