Join our friendly Inbound Customer Service team working on behalf of Public Transport Victoria.
About the role
As a Customer Support Consultant, you'll be the face of PTV, providing excellent Customer Service to anyone who uses public transport in Victoria. With a variety of inquiries ranging from updating personal information to journey planning and more, you'll have the opportunity to upskill and handle complex call types. Not only will you have the chance to interact with diverse customers, but you'll also take on back-of-house tasks, broadening your skill set. Multiple Casual positions are available.
Enjoy rotating rosters from 6am to midnight, Monday to Sunday.
Ideal for those seeking diverse work schedules.
Full work rights to work within Australia for at least 12 months
You will be required to complete a National Police Clearance
As this role will transition to a Hybrid work from home model, you will need to have the following setup:
Windows 10 based PC & Monitor Or Windows 10 based Laptop with an i5 processor and 8GB RAM or equivalent. (25G upload and download speed / at a minimum) 50 Meg plan
Anti-Virus installed and Windows Defender switched on.
Must have dual monitors (this does not include laptop screen)
Reliable internet connection - Hardwired NBN Internet connection - No hot spotting or tethering.
Headset with a microphone.
Note: No Macbooks as they are not compatible with our system.
