Westral is a proudly Western Australia owned manufacturing business that was established in 1973 and still has the same owners. It manufactures high quality indoor and outdoor blinds, security doors, screens and shutters providing excellent Customer Service to our customers. Our office and manufacturing facilities are situated in Canning Vale Perth, Western Australia.
We provide an excellent working culture and a management that cares about their 150 employees, most of whom have been with the company for many years.
The wholesale division, Sunteca (WA) Pty Ltd, provides service to our retail customers across three states. We are looking for someone with excellent Customer Service skills to complement our current team and growing business.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing Customer Service for a large client base, processing new orders, existing orders, or general enquiries
- Liaising with manufacturing, purchasing, accounts, logistics and warehouse to ensure our customers are given the service they require
- Data entry for new orders
- Being a problem solver and being able to fix issues quickly for our customers
- Responding to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
Skills and experience:
- Can work in a busy environment
- Excellent communication and Customer Service skills
- Organised person and possess an attention to detail
- Sound computer skills
- Experience in Customer Service is preferred but not essential
- The right person with the best attitude will be offered full time or if preferred, part time employment
