Local Land Services (LLS) was established in January 2014 to provide quality, customer focused services to landholders and the community across New South Wales. This is an Executive Agency related to the cluster. It provides quality, customer focused services to landholders and the community across New South Wales. This regionally-based organisation brings together a wide range of Service and advisory functions including agriculture, biosecurity, natural resource management, land management, biodiversity, emergency services and private native forestry.

About the role
As our Customer Service and Administration Coordinator, you'll need to be a proven supervisor who can lead and coordinate a team of office-based Customer Service staff as well as assist the Team Leader with the day-to-day operations of the business unit and Greater Sydney regional needs.
This role coordinates and supervises a team of Customer Service staff to deliver quality customer information services to a wide range of customers and stakeholders within the Greater Sydney LLS region, including planning, reviewing and improving the functions to enhance efficiencies, develop staff competencies and support internal and external quality service delivery. You will also need to be able to assist the Customer Service team members during peak periods.
Our ideal candidate will love to be busy. You’ll also need to be proactive, tech-savvy and organised whilst working in a high-volume business service delivery and customer focussed environment. You will be very hands-on in this role and it is best suited to someone extremely passionate about their work and who can promote positive team culture with a proactive team player attitude.
Essential requirements
- Current NSW Class C Driver Licence
