If this sounds like a role you’re interested in then apply today!Your new roleAs a Customer Service specialist you will be handling a high volume of inbound calls, and providing excellent levels of Customer Service to help customers choose the best plan for them, so if you have a genuine passion for Customer Service this is the role for you! The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and is experienced working towards KPIs.Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound calls to customers in a contact centre environment
• Managing inbound and outbound emails
• Completion of administrative tasks
• Ensuring a high level of Customer Service
• Problem solving of general enquiries in a timely manner
• Any other ad hoc duties

Your skills and experience

• High attention to detail and thrive and thrive in a high performing culture
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in a Customer Service role
• Decision making skills and the ability to problem solve
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
