Customer Service Specialist
- Full time
- Must be Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Making outbound calls to customers in a contact centre environment
- Managing inbound and outbound emails
- Completion of administrative tasks
- Ensuring a high level of Customer Service
- Problem solving of general enquiries in a timely manner
- Any other ad hoc duties
- High attention to detail and thrive and thrive in a high performing culture
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role
- Decision making skills and the ability to problem solve
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
