Job Description

Due to a recent resignation in our Customer Service team we are on the hunt for an exceptional applicant to join our team in what is a  fantastic opportunity.
 
You will report directly into the Commercial Operations and Supply Chain Director Nutrition, ANZ.  You will be energetic, a team player but can also work automously.  You will have experience in leading and growing a small team.  This role will work closely with sales, planning and finance teams to ensure end to end process is optimal , further to these but not limited to additional tasks as below;

  • Partner with our 3rd party logistics providers to ensure customer orders delivered in full and on time
  • Train and Develop 2 x Customer Service & Logistics Executives
  • Process customer orders and contracts from large food and beverage manufacture
  • Share visibility of open orders with customers
  • Escalation point for customer issues and complaints
  • Internal reporting and projects
  • Systems lead for order to cash processes


Your Profile

Along with being a team player, you will also be motivated and able to motivate others, you will be solution focus and customer centric, further to these you will also bring to the position:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience dealing with B2B customers in Supply Chain, Logistics, Freight Forwarding or related field
  • Intermediate to advance Microsoft Office suite skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • People management skills
  • Financial acumen, performance and results driven
  • Ability to understand and relay technical information
  • Great communication and ability to build a rapport with stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Ability to travel on occasions
