Due to continuous growth rooted in service excellence, proactive business approaches, and the creation of positive work environments, they now require the assistance of a Team Lead for their Customer Service team in SYD.
The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager - the responsibilities of the role include:
- Managing customer orders, inquiries, complaints, and returns.
- Maintaining robust communication channels with customers, the sales team, and other stakeholders.
- Providing ongoing guidance and coaching to the Customer Service team to foster an effective, professional team environment.
- Reviewing existing processes and systems related to Customer Service and order processing and recommending new procedures where necessary.
- Managing local contract pricing.
- Ensuring that the Customer Service team interacts effectively with internal and external stakeholders, promptly resolving customer issues to protect and optimize the brand.
This role is suitable for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor or Team Leader within an industrial business setting who is friendly, helpful, hardworking, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Effective communication skills
- An ability to drive growth under pressure and fulfill tasks successfully with strict deadlines.
- Experience in a Customer Service supervisor role, ideally within a technical/production environment.
- The ability to lead, mentor and motive a team of Customer Service professionals.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using MS Office software.
- Sound industry knowledge.
