Job description:
Position Purpose
Customer Service Officers are a first point of contact and are responsible for checking tickets, directing patrons to seats, providing event information and attending to customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities- Liaising with the public - providing information of directions, answering questions
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information
Desirable -
- Certificate in First Aid with CPR
- Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Working with Children Check
- Certificate II Security Operations or above or the ability to obtain
- Police Check in past 6 months
- Prior Customer Service experience is essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, including active listening, conflict resolution and report writing
- Outstanding Customer Service skills
- Ability to prioritise competing priorities
- Ability to work as autonomously and/or as part of a team as required
- Able to solve issues quickly and efficiently
- A high level of organisational skills
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all time
