HairCo Australia is a dynamic and rapidly growing company in the Hair & Beauty sector. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional Customer Service and support to our clients. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service and Sales Support Specialist to join our team.
Position Overview:
Based at our Headquarters in Melbourne's West, the Customer Service and Sales Support Specialist will manage inbound and outbound calls, handle customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure seamless communication between the sales team, customers, suppliers, and the warehouse. Proficiency in Gorgias, Opmetrix, Cin7, and BigCommerce is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inbound and Outbound Calls:
• Liaise with customers regarding orders, overdue accounts, and account applications.
• Assist the sales team with internal calls to meet customer needs.
• Customer Service Enquiries:
• Manage Customer Service enquiries from our online store using Gorgias.
• Address questions regarding stock availability, order progress, order tracking, and shipping times.
• Order Management:
• Submit new orders and perform admin tasks in Opmetrix.
• Release orders in Cin7, ensuring customers meet credit terms.
• Communicate with the warehouse via Microsoft Teams and in-person for order replacements.
• Account and Invoice Management:
• Add new accounts to the CRM, hold & release orders, and email customer invoices using Cin7.
• Enter invoices and finalize purchase orders in Xero.
• Contact suppliers regarding missing stock or overcharges via email.
• System Updates:
• Update order status and customer details in BigCommerce.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates across all platforms.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a Customer Service or Sales Support role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams or similar programs.
