About you:

Availability:
We require someone approximately 30 - 38 hours a week with hours available during the week as well as weekends.
About the role:
The role on offer is a customer facing role, covering the end to end process from booking enquiries to returned vehicles. This is essentially a communication role.
Key criteria:
Formal email communication style excellent phone manner
Proactive and creative approach to booking and fleet utilisation.
Process oriented and happy to work towards team goals.
Outstanding Customer Service 100% of the time.
Building and maintaining relationships with our corporate clients.
Clear communication- happy to learn and not afraid to ask for help.
