About You :
- Previous Customer Service experience is advantageous, but not essential. Full training is provided.
Position Summary :
- As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible with working collaboratively with the retail store team, providing exceptional Customer Service as per business expectation and standards. You will drive sales performance by following set routines and processes and ensure that all sales targets and met.

- Positive and enthusiastic demeanour that contributes to a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for customers and colleagues

Job Responsibility :
The role is varied and includes:
- Assisting the manager to ensure all products are fully stocked at all times
- Assisting with Fresh Produce, Bakery, Deli and Meat Departments when required
- Providing exceptional Customer Service
- Helping with promotions and driving sales
- Keeping the store clean and tidy
