About YOU and The Role
Based in Windsor, you will be the customer interface as the First Point of Call and work closely with the Technical Support TEAM to ensure high quality and efficient IT Support is provided.
From the initial enquiry, you will take ownership of confirming the details, entering in the ConnectWise ticketing management system, prioritising, allocating jobs, scheduling onsite appointments, and following through with the Support TEAM to ensure client satisfaction levels are high.
We’re looking for someone with initiative and a proactive focus on delivering exceptional service to Heath IT’s customers…and to be part of the Administrative Support Team.
With this in mind, IDEALLY you will be technology savvy and able to work with a technical service team to DELIVER OUTCOMES.
You MUST be self-motivated, have good time management skills and a positive DOWN TO EARTH attitude to fit in with the existing team.
Your skills and experience:
- High level communication, customer service and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to confirm customer requirements.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Well-developed computer skills and an ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry (Experience with ConnectWise and Xero will be HIGHLY REGARDED).
- Enthusiasm and commitment to the efficient operations of an IT Service & Support business.
- Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team.
- Previous experience in prioritising and managing workloads within a busy environment.
- Attending to and directing all incoming calls.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Enthusiastic, down to earth and team focused.

- Permanent Full-Time role working 7.45am – 4.00pm, Mon-Fri.
