  • We have flexible work agreements in place which allows you to work from home and from the Parramatta office
About the role
The role is responsible for providing clerical, administrative and transactional processing support for Training Services NSW for the Trade Skills Recognition service.

About you
We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant.
If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional Customer Service and possess the following skills, we want to hear from you.
  • The ability to meet tight timeframes and effectively manage competing demands to ensure deadlines are met to the required standards and delivered on time
  • Clear communication and able to maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
  • Be capable of maintaining accurate and up-to-date data and records for monitoring and reporting purposes.
  • Proficient in using word processing, spreadsheet, and data entry software.
  • Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s
and upholding the and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
