The role: We are seeking expressions of interest from ACH Group staff for an exciting opportunity to join the Customer Service team at Highercombe in Hope Valley on a full time basis. Delivering exceptional Customer Service, you will be the welcoming first point of contact for customer, staff and visitors and to provide high quality administrative support services for the residential care home.
What you'll do:
- Maintain a tidy, warm, friendly and welcoming environment
- Provide first class service in person, on the phone and via email
- Assist with processing payments
- Document, register and record keeping and updates
- Manage the visitors and contractor signing into the register
- Organise incoming and outgoing mail
- Liaise with various staff at the care home
- Other administration support as required
This role is suited for someone who has had experience in a reception/administration role, with initiative, a positive can-do attitude, with a motivation to make a difference, together with effective communication skills to liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders, in addition to:
- Computer savvy: ability to use Microsoft Office suite and learn a range of databases
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve
- High degree of accuracy in your work
- Excellent communication and Customer Service skills to deal with a wide range of customers
- Ability to multi-task
- Collaborative approach to your work and a supportive team player
- To care about supporting older people to live a Good Life.

- A Police Check for unsupervised contact / vulnerable groups less than 12 months old upon commencement
- Certificate III in Business Administration or similar equivalent qualification
