The Oppor­tu­ni­ty
We seek an expe­ri­enced cus­tomer ser­vice assis­tants who will be respon­si­ble for car­ry­ing out a range of cus­tomer ser­vice and admin­is­tra­tive duties. The goal of which is to pro­vide effec­tive and effi­cient ser­vice to the Alice Springs community.
Your respon­si­bil­i­ties will include pro­vid­ing excel­lent cus­tomer ser­vice to ASALC kiosk cus­tomers, assist­ing with the admin­is­tra­tion of facil­i­ty book­ings for indi­vid­u­als, assist­ing with timekeeping/​payroll func­tion for ASALC, assist­ing with bank­ing of ASALC tak­ings and the rec­on­cil­i­a­tion of all finan­cial oper­a­tions, and under­tak­ing facil­i­ty open­ing and clos­ing pro­ce­dures as required.
