Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Assistant to join our Customer Service team in Lidcome, NSW. We have a small but dynamic team who are the primary facilitators of orders, information on current orders and stocks, and customers expectations between retail stores and our warehouse team. You are responsible for the speed and professionalism of each individual customer interaction demands. The team is small and nimble, and you will be required to perform a number of tasks over email/phone/communication applications/system that surround taking orders, communicating timelines and stock, returns and customer assistance.

This position is based in the office in Lidcombe, with the ability to work towards a hydrid working environment after three months.
Responsibilities:
Processing of daily customer transactions
Providing high quality solutions for customer enquiries and challenges (online contact, phone calls etc.)
Acting as internal support within the CS department
Managing customer's needs and facilitate proactive and timely resolutions.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Customer Service desired.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to show empathy and patience in fast paced environments.
Passion for outdoor pursuits desirable.
