Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and assist in generating new business.
• Quoting and Pricing: Provide accurate and competitive pricing for freight forwarding services.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly.
• Administration: Updating both cost and sell rates accurately into system as well as autorating regular client rates.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all industry regulations and company policies.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Qualifications:

• Experience in freight forwarding/shipping line preferred
• Strong Customer service and communication skills.
• Sales experience with potential client prospects is a plus.
• Proficient in Cargowise and MS Office suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations is a plus.
