Your New Role
As the Customer Service Agent, you will manage the entire Work Order Management life cycle. You must have full availability between Monday and Sunday, 7 AM to 10 PM, and will work on a rotating roster.
Your Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers regarding necessary work on their properties.
- Accurately enter customer information into the work order system.
- Update the work order system as progress is made.
- Escalate challenging situations as needed.
- Perform various administrative tasks.
Your Profile Will Demonstrate
- High attention to detail.
- Previous experience in Data Entry, Administration, Maintenance, Customer Service, or Call Centre roles.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems.
