Griffith University's Student Connect team provide administrative support and services to students across the life cycle, from admission to enrolment, fees management, timetabling, and examination management to graduation. (8.30am – 4.30pm, Monday - Friday).
A network of campus-based Student Centres provides front-line inquiry services to undergraduate and postgraduate coursework students. Student Connect also provides business leadership for the University’s suite of student systems and e-service solutions.
Job DescriptionWe have two continuing (permanent), and one fixed-term (until 7 February 2025) vacancies. These are full time positions and will be primarily based at the Griffith University Gold Coast campus. As Griffith is a multi-campus University you may be required to work across other campus locations.

Working as part of our front-line team, you will:
- be part of a team who thrive to provide excellent Customer Service.
- your day will consist of dealing with a high volume of phone calls or face-to-face enquires at the front counter and responding to emails as per the daily roster.
- In return you will receive ongoing, on the job training and will be part of the Griffith family and will help our students succeed in their academic journey.

About you
Previous experience working in:
- a call / contact centre or
- a busy front facing administrative role
- You are a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional with exceptional Customer Service skills.
- You enjoy providing high-level Customer Service in a busy and fast-paced environment.
- You have excellent communication skills, a commitment to providing high-level Customer Service and the ability to multi-task and provide accurate advice in a busy environment.
- You have good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and extensive experience with interrogating multiple systems.
Salary Range
The full time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 4 range $70,419 - $74,299 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $82,390 - $86,930 per annum.
Interviewing process
We will be holding an assessment centre at our Gold Coast Campus on Wednesday 10th April 2024. Please allow up to 3 hours for this assessment.
