Customer Service Representative/Team Leaders

What you will do:
- Respond to high-volume inbound calls and resolve customer enquiries.
- Liaise with warehouse, freight carriers, and express couriers.
- Assist with customer queries regarding deliveries and logistics.
- Act as positive brand ambassador and provide exceptional Customer Service.
- Professionally resolve customer complaints where necessary
- Receive full training
- Have a strong Product Knowledge
- Motivate your team and help support achieving KPIs
- Provide feedback to the team and Senior Managers
What you will bring:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a phone-based Customer Service role.
- SAP is preferred but not essential
- Fantastic communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactive approach to tasks and able to manage high-volume inbound calls.
- Confident using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Enjoy speaking with customers on the phone and solving problems.
