Customer Service Clerk 

We are seeking a bright and bubbly Customer Service Clerk for our busy parcel and freight distribution business based in Welshpool. 

A friendly manner and excellent communication skills, along with proficient typing, recall and problem solving skills are non-negotiable in this fast paced role. 

Experience with transport management systems is preferred, but if you understand the complexities of general freight then CTI Xpress is looking for you to become part of a proud team, committed to providing excellent service. Experience in a similar role within the Transport Industry is preferred.

Duties will include Customer Service communications and quotations, data entry (booking the jobs) as well as general problem solving.
