About the Role
Join our vibrant team at our Chelsea Heights office! We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in an office setting, especially in call centre and Customer Service roles. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, capable of managing multiple tasks and demands, and skilled at interacting with customers professionally. Key Tasks
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for service bookings and enquiries.
- Handle online enquiries, cases and emails related to service, sales, and billing.
- Perform administrative tasks related to customer bookings and enquiries.
- Support logistics for service bookings as needed.
- Assist in technician scheduling, customer invoicing, and billing.
- Perform other office duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Essential: Previous experience in a call centre environment.
- Highly Regarded: Experience in domestic heating/cooling service.
- Highly Regarded: Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
