Job Title: Scheduler / Administrator

$55,000 - $65,000 + Super PA

About the Role:
As our business grows, we’re looking for a dedicated and organised Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling around five technicians, ensuring efficient operations and delivering excellent client communication. We're seeking someone with scheduling experience who can bring value and innovation to our business during this exciting stage of growth. While the main focus of this role will be scheduling, you will also have the opportunity to support our Service Administrator in variety of administrative tasks. This position is remote and allows for full time work from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for our team of technicians.
- Answer incoming client calls and respond to online enquiries.
- Assisting technicians with job and schedule queries.
- Be comfortable and confident making and receiving phone calls.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication to clients.
- Innovate and bring fresh ideas to improve scheduling efficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in scheduling is required.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- WA based with good knowledge of the metro area and able to attend team meetings in person.
- Ability to work from home with reliable high-speed internet.
- Experience with ServiceM8 software is a bonus but not essential.
- Looking for long term employment
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday. Standard business hours, no weekends.
