The Role - Key Interest Points:
- Is based at our National Corporate Head Office in Springvale
- Provides premium Customer Service as the first point of contact for all phone enquires for our business Nationwide
- Due to national coverage requirements of this role, we require you to be available to work a flexible roster between the hours of 7.00am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday
- Receives inbound telephone calls in for the business; placing orders, product inquiries, quotes, service issues and problem solving
- Maintains and updates our CRM system
- Identifies trends in customer issues and offers recommendations to fix root causes
- Provides feedback on improvement opportunities in the Customer Solutions team
- Previous Customer Service experience, ideally within an industrial or commercial Customer Service contact centre environment
- A warm and engaging telephone manner
- Intermediate level of computer literacy including CRM, MS Office Suite
- High attention to detail and accuracy
