Job Description:We have an excellent opportunity for a Admin and Scheduling
Customer Service Consultant to join our team on a permanent full time basis in Kununurra Branch.In this role, you will be an important member of the
Customer Service team reporting directly to the Darwin Branch and local service Manager, where you will provide phone and email
Customer Service, sales and support regarding
Pest and Fire Services.Working hours are negotiable to suit school hours or alternate days depending on the applicant,Are you a go getting that wants a challenge they can make there own? then this is the opportunity for you.The core responsibilities in this role include:
- Maintaining the day to day office responsibilities
- Over the counter sales
- Receiving inbound calls and email inquiries from domestic customers relating to Pest and Fire Service
- Proactively making outbound calls to our existing customers to promote our products and services
- Resolving customer queries quickly and accurately
- Scheduling appointments for residential customers
- Working with the Technicians and Local Service Manager ensuring all the work is planned and allocated
- Sales and quoting on local and remote services in regards to Pest management
- Liaising with your fellow colleagues nationally both remotely and via travel
- Maintaining our databases by ensuring customer records and details are up to date while ensuring compliance.
Requirements:- Proficient with communicating verbally and electronically
- Experience working in Customer Service or call center environments (essential)
- Demonstrated experience in phone sales and converting inquiries into sales
- Capable of working with multiple database systems and email programs with experience in word and spread-sheet packages desirable
- Able to work calmly under pressure while multi-tasking
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Ability to focus on delivering a 'wow' experience to customers
- Ability to work in a team environment to support fellow colleagues
- Professional, reliable and punctual.
- Accurately enter data into systems
