St John WA is seeking a Customer Services Consultant, you will be responsible for inbound/outbound calls and converting customer enquiries into sales opportunities through the use of questioning and recommending appropriate products and services. You will be required to meet and exceed sales targets by having phone conversations that lead to cross selling opportunities. This is a casual vacancy with shift times Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 4.30pm based in our Belmont Office.
What you'll do:
- Respond and action all phone calls and emails accurately and within an expected time frame to ensure customers’ needs are met
- Identify customer needs in order to recommend and book any appropriate First Aid training courses or product sale
- Provide assistance to students in use of systems, accessing information and identifying any outstanding requirements for course completion.
- Actively promote and sell St John WA products and services to customers to increase enrolments and sales figures
- Generate and forward leads to the Business Development team
What you'll need:
- Experience in a customer centric environment is highly desirable
- A passion for success in delivering exceptional Customer Service consistently
- Excellent telephone manner and high attention to detail
- Strong computer literacy skills with the ability to use multiple systems
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional and mature attitude with an outstanding work ethic and ability to multitask
- Team focused with the ability to work autonomously
- Salesforce experience is highly regarded but not essential
