What will you be doing?
- Making outbound warm/relationship calls to existing customers or enquiries (no cold calling).
- Creating conversation.
- Generating warm leads, appointment booking and follow up.
- Building rapport and writing a customer profile.
- Confirming & updating customer contact details.
- Navigating multiple computer systems at times.
- Striving for daily goals and KPIs set by management.
What do you need to have/be?
- Ability to commit to 20-35 hours per week (part time or casual available)
- Monday – Friday, business hours, optional Saturday.
- Energetic and enthusiastic with a passion for Customer Service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service experience preferred but not essential.
- Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate at a reasonable speed.
- Comfortable and confident holding a conversation and thinking on your feet, at times.
- A commitment to perform to the best of your ability.
- A mature and reliable work ethic.
- A positive and can do attitude.
