Customer Service Consultant

Located in Mentone, we want to hear from the energetic & articulate Customer Service advocates looking for a fresh new opportunity!

What will you be doing?

• Making outbound warm/relationship calls to existing customers or enquiries (no cold calling).
• Creating conversation.
• Generating warm leads, appointment booking and follow up.
• Building rapport and writing a customer profile.
• Confirming & updating customer contact details.
• Navigating multiple computer systems at times.
• Striving for daily goals and KPIs set by management.

What do you need to have/be?

• Ability to commit to 20-35 hours per week (part time or casual available)
• Monday – Friday, business hours, optional Saturday.
• Energetic and enthusiastic with a passion for Customer Service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service experience preferred but not essential.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate at a reasonable speed.
• Comfortable and confident holding a conversation and thinking on your feet, at times.
• A commitment to perform to the best of your ability.
• A mature and reliable work ethic.
• A positive and can do attitude.
