The Role
We are seeking a professional Customer Service Coordinator to join our small team, servicing our NZ Region.
Responsibilities include
In this role you will have accountability for a geographic region and be the key contact person for those customers.
You will provide advice and support to customers on product, pricing, stock availability and associated information. You will also be responsible for processing and expediting orders within a timely manner.
Hours are 7.00am to 3.00pm, some flexibility may be required to suit business needs.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 year's experience working in a Customer Service environment, have an exceptional phone manner and Customer Service skills. You will be a great communicator and team player. Time management skills, flexibility and attention to detail are core requirements of this role.
Experience with SAP is essential to this role along with Microsoft Office. Export experience highly desired.
